Very Very Bad

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of service and accommodation during my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected and hoped for. Below are some of the major issues I encountered: Room cleanliness: The room was not cleaned properly, which made our stay uncomfortable. Lack of dining convenience: There was no proper space for eating in the room, and the arrangement of furniture (center table and sofa) was impractical and poorly set. Poor canteen service: Orders took an excessive amount of time to arrive (over an hour), and on some occasions, they were completely forgotten. To make matters worse, items we did not order were added to our bill. Hotel maintenance: The hotel itself appeared to be poorly maintained, with a general lack of attention to detail in terms of upkeep. Staff behavior: The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout our stay. Security issue: The most concerning incident was when the manager entered our room without notice while we were sleeping, using a second key. He claimed he thought we had checked out, which is unacceptable from both a privacy and security standpoint. While the manager apologized, this experience left me and my family feeling very unsafe and uncomfortable during our stay. I sincerely hope you take these concerns seriously and address these issues to prevent them from happening to other guests.

Cleanliness

There is temple in hotel, but for income they make rooms on the second and first floor above the temple, that disappoints me.

Good restaurant food,good friendly staff apart from one of them who was in the restaurant

One waiter at the restaurant had alot of attitude and didnt care about his customers,oversized bed no space to move in room,TV always had problems,a/c was the worst always breaks down,and power goes off randomly during the day.not a place I would recommend anyone to go to

Old building refurbished poorly.. smelly rooms..no ventilation..unclean utensils.. washroom Utilities not working like water problems in sink, or toilet for flush..overall nothing that justified the price.

nothing. everything unhygienic, dirty, food is so bad, service is even worst.

service, food, cleanliness, attitude, behavior all bad. not a value for money
