Tutta un'altra vista

Authentic experience of living in Italy. Once we found the local bread store, we were away into our routine.

Parking was a challenge but got into the habit that its part of life in Italy and the extra walking did me the world of good :)

This is an excellent apartment - bright, spacious and with amazing views towards the port, totally recommended! The beds were comfortable and it was very cozy. The location is great - there is a public elevator nearby to take you to the bottom part of the city centre. Our host was amazing, he even came to pick us up from the port and helped us carry our suitcases! Dario, we cannot thank you more for your great hospitability!

One thing to consider is that there is no elevator in the building and the apartment is located on the third floor. This wasn't an issue for us, but it might be an important consideration for somebody,

The host, Dario, was most helpful and always contactable, if needed. Please take his advice on where to park, otherwise its a litte complicated..

We liked everything about the apartment. It was clean, most comfortable, had everything one needs and on top of that had the most amazing views, was in a great central location and came with a very friedly host. It was a real home, away from home for us, we would have loved to have stayed much longer. Salerno itself is so worthwhile visiting and very central to Pompeii, Amalfi Coast, etc.

Place is amazing with spacious rooms and fantastic seaside view from all balconies and windows. Walking to downtown is a charming and beautiful walk through the narrow cobblestone streets of town, and just a few minutes away. The owner was MOST accommodating to meet later at night as I was driving from Rome and stopped in to a scheduled dinner with friends in Naples en route thus arriving much later than anticipated. Street parking is not the most ideal when you have to walk a distance to the house, but the stay makes it well worth it.

The apartment was recently renovated, beautifully furnished, very clean and with all amenities. The view of the harbor and city was magnificent. The location is very good. The hosts were extremely welcoming and very responsive.

Dario is a great and helpful host. :-) The apartment was freshly renovated and really comfortable. Its location is great not only in the sense that it is in the city center but you also have a really nice view over the whole bay. On the street just a bit up the hill there's a public parking and during our 4 days stay (during the week) it didn't happen we couldn't find a spot even though it is on a pretty narrow semi one way street.
