Good internet, hot water

Lovely and responsive host, with clear instructions on how to access the unit and great communication when we had issues.

When you travel in Mexico, you have to expect that not everything will be like home and not everything will work. We were happy with our stay, but we had some major issues and we wish we could have been refunded due to what we experienced, as the price we paid did not reflect what we were promised. On the first night, the water tank broke and flooded the kitchen. They did not offer to clean it up... we did receive a mop and an extra towel to clean it up ourselves, which we were happy to do because we knew it was an accident, but it's more work for us on our vacation. There was also no hot water for the entire stay. In Mexico we expect that many places won't have hot water, but this place advertised hot water and then had problems. They sent some nice people over to temporarily fix the water heater, but the issue was bigger than they realized and we never had a hot shower In the end of a 3 day stay. Additionally, the kitchen utensils and cooking equipment were very very old and broken, or super cheap and broke easily. The beds were very hard but we didnt mind too much. We kept an open mind to our experience and were grateful that the host tried to fix the issues, but they need to fix the water issues and update the household items to be a good place to stay. This stuff happens in Mexico, but for the price we paid, we would still like a partial refund.

Beautiful house with everything you need for a holiday!

The beds were disappointing … not very comfortable and noise Las camas eran decepcionantes... no muy cómodas y ruidosas.
