Great central location. Easy self check in and the owner was very responsive and organised parking for us which was a benefit. The room was very comfortable - I assume it has been upgraded since some of these reviews as there was heating and a/c. Bonus of the fridge being stocked for a small fee if you used any items

10am is quite early to check out when on holiday, maybe 11 or 12 would be better

The location is unbeatable—situated in the old city yet easily accessible by car or on foot. The Duomo is just around the corner, and the port is only a 5-minute walk away, offering easy ferry connections to Bellagio and Varenna. The house is secure, and I felt completely safe throughout my stay. While the room is small, it includes all the necessary amenities. I absolutely loved staying here and would highly recommend it for its convenience and charm!
