Great location. Breakfast was included. Rooms are basic but perfectly adequate and cleaned by the lovely cleaner every day. Pool is very nice and has some welcome shaded areas. Our top floor balcony with views on the castle was fantastic.

We could have done with some more cutlery and crockery. Music could be a bit loud at the pool in the afternoon. We preferred the more chilled playlists at a lower volume.

At centre place

Very bad customer service. Very bad air conditioning and electricity break down to air conditioning many times a day. No support to fix it timely. We couldn’t sleep at 2 nights. Reception don’t take responsibility to fix problems timely. Water was leaking from Ceiling in washroom at night.

Perfectly located in the very centre of the city. Less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants in the area, as well as stores nearby if you prefer to cook yourself - which you are able to do at the property. We visited 2 times and both times we had a room with a kitchen, all of the necessary cooking stuff is available. The only thing is that there is no oil for cooking, but maybe you can ask the kitchen or buy a little bottle for your stay and then leave it at the property. :) There IS airconditioning in every room, which is a savior for hot days. Breakfast that they are offering was more than enough for me and my husband. They were serving a plate which had - vegetables, cheese, olives, fruits, some greens, potatoes and eggs ( some days it was boiled egg, some days sunny side up), butter, jam and honey. Additionally to that - bucket of bread, Nescafe or unlimited Turkish tea. Restaurant and bar offers to order food/drinks anytime throughout the day, they have many options for main meals as well. When we needed to come to Alanya for the second time there was no doubt about the place. All of the staff is friendly and forthcoming. We arrived earlier than the checkin time, because we depended on the bus schedule and both times they had a room available at that time and allowed us to check in earlier. We are very thankful for that! After the checkout if you still have a lot of time on your hands before leaving the city, you can leave your bags at the reception and walk around or enjoy the pool. There is shower next to the pool and WC on the first floor available to for your use where you can change and be on your way when you need to. Thankful to all of the staff and definitely sincerely recommending to choose this place if you are looking for a place with great location, pool, included breakfast (optional) and a friendly budget. ALSO, we definitely recommend going up to the castle for sunset and city view

The location is really nice and the food was good

The air conditioner works really bad, the lights are poor and in the bathroom it is too dark. The sofas are almost dead and the balcony door doesn't lock. The kitchen has really old equipment and there is no kettle and microwave

The stuff was extremely helpful; the hotel seems to be family-run; same people at the reception desk, they remember you, they are helping you, etc.

the wasn't an aircon in the lounge, only in the bedroom. Not the end of the world, but with 34C temperature not very convenient
