Notre logement préféré au Cambodge. Nous avons été incroyablement été accueilli par toute la famille. Nous vous recommandons fortement de faire les tours de la ville guidé par Harry qui vous expliquera à merveille les différentes particularités de Battambang. Nous vous recommandons aussi de manger chez sa sœur Mom, qui cuisine à merveille les spécialités de la ville que vous ne trouverez pas dans d'autres restaurants. La chambre était très bien, la climatisation par cette chaleur était bienvenue. Les parents de Harry et Mom nous ont traité comme si nous faisions partie de leur famille. En bref, ce lieu est un coup de cœur dont nous nous souviendrons longtemps !

Un séjour exceptionnel avec cette famille! Nous ne pouvons que confirmer les commentaires positifs qui nous ont poussé à venir. Nous avons pu faire le tour de Battambang et de ses environs avec Sam dans son tuk tuk. Une visite très enrichissante et variée lors de laquelle nous avons pu découvrir la richesse de cette région avec les explications de Sam, qui est un très bon guide. Nous avons partagé deux repas avec la famille, avec des échanges à la fois touchants et hilarants. La cuisine de Mom et de sa mère était excellente (merci pour les recettes partagées). L’accueil est vraiment chaleureux, la communication facile en anglais ou sur Google trad avec les parents, très contents de recevoir du monde. Bref, une excellente expérience si vous voulez découvrir la vie locale !

I highly recommend staying at Lazy Mango Homestay for anyone visiting Battambang. It is a real homestay where you will have the opportunity to meet a wonderful family and have all the confort you need. They will be able to help you organise cooking class, tuktuk tours, bus booking... We had dinner and breakfast with the family and felt just like home, while learning a lot about khmer real life. One of our best experiences in Cambodia!

Wonderfull homestay with a family willing to help you explore the city and surroundings for a great price. Breakfast and dinner are freshly cooked in her own restaurant and give a nice introduction the the Cambodian kitchen. Definitely your one stop shop for Battambang!

We loved our authentic Cambodian homestay. We were welcomed and treated as family- sharing meals and stories together. You will likely get the chance to meet all three generations of the family which we really enjoyed. The food was really tasty, and we enjoyed a day tour being shown around in Harry's tuktuk and his vast local knowledge about Battambang. Thank you for looking after us during our stay!

Very lovely family who were so lovely and hospitable. They treat you like you’re a part of the family! Harry also picked us up from the bus station which was a great bonus. We also joined the tuk tuk tour that Harry offered and he was so knowledgeable about his city and everything around it. We loved his tour and would recommend to anyone who stays, it was so worth it and I felt much more immersed into the culture and the city. The breakfast at his sisters restaurant is also very delicious!

A truly authentic Cambodian experience. This is an amazing Cambodian family that you stay with in their home. We learnt so much about Cambodia as a country and how they live. They treat you as their own family and look after you so so well. A water dispenser with hot/warm/cold water, bananas to help yourself to, amazing food, hammocks to relax in and tea to drink. The highlight for us was the food that was made - you are invited to join the family for dinner for a small cost and Mom the hosts sister cooks a variety of fresh, delicious Cambodian dishes which we couldn’t resist both nights. The host Harry is so welcoming and has a tuk tuk so if you need tours of Battambang he’s your man. Harry speaks amazing English and knows so much about Cambodia after having been a tour guide for many years. The mother and father of the house treat you as their own and share personal experiences from living/working through the Khmer Rouge. Overall, if you’re looking for a real taste of Cambodia and a wholesome time - STAY HERE!

Delicous omelette for breakfast and nice coffe and tea. Beutiful family who makes you feel at home and always eager to help or answer questions.

I had an amazing time staying here, even extending my time and recommending this place to everyone I meet. The family is very welcoming and helped me with everything I needed. I also did Harry's tuktuk tour 2 days and enjoyed the amazing dinner. 10/10 would recommend!
