Room facilities electricity sources are hidden behind beds cannot reach easily , also linked by the main source you can’t use separately, I should sleep every day with breathing device I can’t get near electricity source unless far beside the TV Also the water is hot all the time , the maintenance team had repaired 3 times but still you can’t use cold water or at least normal water Also the maintenance team should be have training how to talk professionally to the guests
