The location, the design. Good taste. I recommend it. Very nice hosts.

The stairs of the inner building. However the place compensates for it. Because the place is smart (tech connected) i had the feeling that I’m watched (camera at the door), many sensors inside.

Pozitionarea apartamentului este ideala.Ne-am bucurat in perioada sarbatorilor de iarna de o panorama extraordinara asupra targului de Crăciun.Apartamentul e modern amenajat, suficient de mare pentru o familie, f. bine dotat, calduros cu un pat comfortabil.

We were very surprised to find that the owners truly care about their guests – they have thought of everything down to the last detail – the one-room apartment is fully equipped with everything you need: a microwave oven, an electric stove, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, all the necessary utensils for cooking, cutlery and a washing machine – everything is there and in full working order. More than that, there was coffee, sugar, tea on the table, left for us, water in the fridge and even tеhere were also gel capsules for washing machine. It was very warm, clean, peaceful and pleasant. Also, very important to say that there is a supermarket at the ground floor, working 24/7 and a very nice vegetarian place in the in the same building, downstairs the apartment, where you might have a nice breakfast - Lviv croissant was delicious. Also, in the area you will find so many places where you can eat, drink coffee, tea or something more serious. Not to forget Palas Mall in a few hundred meters. Despite the fact that the apartment faces the busiest and noisiest street for this time of year, inside, with the windows closed, there was no noise, especially since it is possible to lower the blinds and completely relax. The views from the balconies are fantastic, any moment of the day, no matter the weather. A coffee and the sunrise ... perfect.

Cea mai buna locatie posibila. Chiar daca blocul nu impresioneaza initial, odata deschisa usa totul este impecabil. Doua balcoane de unde poti admira cea mai frumoasa parte a centrului, bucataria utilata cu tot ce e nevoie, caldura in pardoseala, confort intr-o pozitie excelenta.

Presiunea la apa nu e intotdeauna la maxim, dar este explicabil la etajul 10.

The location is in center, near the he Metropolitan Cathedral of Iași, and on the main center road. You are on the top level, do you have an excellent view around, especially in the morning, but also in the evening (in the far end, the architectural lighting of Iasi Cultural Palace delivers an excelent view). The apartment is cozy and we'll equipped with almost everything you need, and the best thing is that you have a Mega Image store at the ground floor of the building.

The first day was a little chilly, the room setpoint for rhe heat boiler was set at a low temperature, and even after the owner modified the settings (everything in the house is wireless and owner can communicate with equipment from his home), it took some time to heat up.
