De eigenaar. Wat een enthousiaste en positief ingestelde kerel! Het huis heeft een eigen stijl en charme.

There are two things that stand out when I think about this stay. Firstly the genuine warm welcome and hospitality from the owner Silvio. Secondly the location is so calming and peaceful but still close to a restaurant etc. I loved hearing just the crickets and the views of the distant mountains. The room was very comfortable, clean and nicely furnished. I couldn't ask for more!

Silvio și Antonio, într-adevăr te primesc în casa lor. Cu recomandări din zonă, locația fiind foarte avantajoasă... aproape de Modena, muzeele Ferrari, Pagani si Lamborghini. Recomandare lui Silvio, de a vizita Mantova, a fost foarte valoroasă. O surpriză plăcută. Micul dejun cu miros de croissante, proaspăt scoase din cuptor.

Silvio is the sweetest host I met through all my journeys, we immediately felt home. The environment, the history of the place, animals around you, good wine, happy host, and Antonio's amazing cappuccino are all good reason to return. We love how the the renovation of this old building has turned out and how Silvio makes it a real treat being around.

It was way too short staying for only 2 nights.

Silvio is a very helpfull host, with high attention to details, nice and comunicative. And makes great coffees. The room has all facilities, the location, a tipicaly italian house is cosy and quiet.
