The unit decor is tasteful and appliances are quality products. The location provides convenient access to Coyoacán and the small-bus route can take you directly to a Metro station. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores within walking distance. The windows have double-glass which reduces the street noise.

This is not particular to this unit, but in general, the area near Coyoacán center is noisy. The unit makes does have double-glass windows, nevertheless expect some level of ambient noise from the street at night. After the area businesses and visitors subside, the unit is very quiet.
