Our second stay here. Perfect for what we want. Appreciate the little extras, the wine, water chocolates etc. accommodation is really good, comfortable bed, hot shower, lots of toiletries available to use. Will definitely use again

Great property with loads of extra touches supplied by the host, great location central between Warwick & Royal Leamington Spa easy walking to both in around 25mins

Everything was just perfect including the complimentary treats, milk and coffee. It exceeded my expectations.

It's on the flight path with Birmingham Airport therefore I did experience noise pollution. I guess one could get used to it over time but for my short stay it was noticeable.

Self contain apartment, good cooking facilities nice shower and bedroom

This was truly one of the best booking experiences I've ever had. The entire process was flawless and thoroughly pleasant from start to finish. Finding the property was very straightforward, and the check-in process was exceptionally easy and hassle-free. Inside, we discovered a clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed space—a perfect home away from home. Every detail seemed designed with guest comfort in mind.
