The toilet not working, toilet door broken and not locked, the electric shower not working

Location and cleanliness

It was very cold and only one heater plus tv didn’t work kept glitching and turning on and off plus bathroom fan very loud and annoying

This is our second time visiting and we love the place so much that we are even planing our next visit. The staff allowed us to check in early and even came to see if we were ok. We couldn’t thank them enough as it meant to we could have the whole day in London. Many thanks again

I liked everything the property had to offer. The team have done a great job with this loft renovation. A great! Great! Location. Some awesome places to try nearby and the BEACH.

I was skeptical when I arrived, as the outside of the property did not look like the inside but that does not effect my stay as it’s out of the teams hands! The stairs are plentiful, take it as exercise haha but honestly other than that, great! Shower had some cold moments in the morning. TV not working great.

We loved staying here. Very spacious and clean

We wanted Netflix but that’s just an added bonus

Room was great nice view. Comfortable and quite. Clean.

The entrance way was disappointing. Untidy and not welcoming

Very nice good location not much noise from st James street

The toilet didn’t flush that’s the only problem

Loved the location and size of the room was pretty good.

Too many stairs, television didn't work, kept scattering images and shower didn't have a cery good flow.

The staff are friendly and very supportive & nice

No electric cooker in the room. That should be put in place
