Le personnel aux petits soins. Voiture et chauffeur à l'aéroport par l'arrivée et le départ. La petite dame qui était très professionnelle, adorable et très réactivite. Les chambres spacieuses et literies de très bonne qualité.

Airport transfer for free, pretty close to the airport and in a quiet, safe, pretty location by the lake. Great communication through WhatsApp- speaks English well. Room was sooo comfy and clean! Great temperature and very quiet. Amazing value. Very accommodating, even took me to a park. Would definitely stay here any time I’m in Tana. Highly recommend.

Le monsieur de l'accueil très gentil , souriant ainsi que le monsieur de la navette . Service navette au top . Chambre propre . Sanitaire partagé. Pour passer une nuit c'est vraiment très bien

Very friendly staff, free pick up and drop off worked perfectly fine. Big clean bedroom and bathroom, nice common balcony to eat breakfast outdoor.

Needs some maintenance: door room was npt lucking, door knob was coming off with danger of being lucked in. So I slept door partially open. The conforter did not have a cover or sheet. I told them that it is not hygenic to use the same comforter with other guests. They took my feedback well, and all with smiles. That makes up for the improvement items..

"Espectacular muy cerca del aeropuerto."

Tienen servicio de shuttle, nuestro vuelo se retrasó dos horas y cuando llegamos estaba Mendrika rsperandonos. Teniamos al siguiente dia un vuelo a Nosy Be a las 6 de la tarde e improvisamos pedir que nos lleven a conocer la ciudad y lo hicieron con gusyo. En unas 5 horas pudimos ver la vida de Tana un domingo. Con respecto a la habitacion, el colchon eta excelente y el desayuno estaba muy bien tambien. El hotel es cerca del aeropuerto con vistas espectaculares a un lago de la ciudad.
