PKPKI booked the room in this hotel but when i contacted on the given number on site for the address i was told another address which wasnt this hotel.As i arrived there i was told that my booking have been shifted without prior informing me . This was highly disappointing.Apart from this unprofessional behaviour,the staff was co operative.
The rooms were not cleaned,bedsheets were dirty and consisted of hair .When i asked them to change they said they have given us new sheets.Breakfast which was apparently free and included in the package but still i was charged for eggs more than 3 ,tea and the water bottle was not sealed due to which my stomach got upset.
