Beautifully landscaped surroundings, clean, friendly owners and a good starting point for visiting Venice, Caribe Bay water park or nearby beaches.

Nothing - it was great!

Given the nature of the location, he whole place is like a huge, beautiful garden. Perfect for families with young kids. Plenty of room to explore and play in. The nearest beach is ~ 1 km by walk, 1.6 km by car. Our hosts, Mirco and his beautiful family, were going out of their way to make our stay pleasant. When we had a minor emergency situation and had to go to first aid with one of our kids, they provided prompt and accurate information and support. They were really kind, and also borrowed the kids bicycles free of charge. We would love to come again!

This is such a lovely and unique way to visit the Venice lagoon! Mirco went above and beyond to provide us with free bicycles and information about everything. The space was so peaceful and spacious, a great way to unwind after a long day in Venice. The mobile home was comfortable and well equipped. We made several meals there witn ease. There are many supermarkets close by for provisions. It is very easy to get to either vaporetto stop.

During our trip to Italy my wife and I traveled to many cities and stayed at 6 different locations (hotels, apartments etc.) Mirco was by far the best host and he gets the highest ratings from us. He was also the most friendly local I met on our Italian tour. We felt very comfortable, he was very helpful in showing us where to eat in venice and making our stay comfortableand stress free. He could speak German for my wife and English for me. We would love to visit again and recommend Mirco. Thanks again Mirco.

Everything was perfect

How comfortable, friendly and cleaning it was. Mirco was an incredible hostess.

Everything was just perfect. Clean and comfy trailer, with all comforts you can expect of it. I've seen the new facilities for the small and cosy camping that's there as well and was impressed. Free washing, clean toilets and showers, ... Location was great: supermarket nearby, walking distance from restaurant, lagune and beach. Boat rentals and taxi to Venice and to other islands nearby. Owners have plant nursery so domain just looks splendid. Only thing that's even better is the friendly owners: they genuinly care about your comfort, give tips and tricks for daytrips, restaurants, ... and all just out of goodness and not to get some extra revenue. I've been in a lot of places, but I'll come back for sure.
