The apartment was perfect for us! Great location just of the main street, yet quiet and peaceful. Modern place, very clean and with comfortable beds. Also, there was AC in every room. The host was helpful and accommodating. We can only recommend :)

Lovely apartment right in the heart of the old town. The windows are double glazed, so you can't hear the noise of the busy streets unless you choose to open the windows or balcony door. The balcony overlooks two Venetian towers and the lovely red roofs of the old town. There were concerts going on while we were staying at the apartment. It was lovely sitting on the balcony, listening to the music, and seeing the citadel lit up all colourful. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Nice big comfy living room. Clean towels and bedding. The host was fantastic. Our flight was late arriving, but he still came out to meet us at the apartment at 1am. He followed up with restaurant suggestions and assistance with booking trips. Close to all the restaurants and the 'beaches'. Zadar doesn't have any real sandy beaches, but there are plenty of pebble beaches, or you can just lie down on the harbour front. Take water shoes with you. The sea is perfect for snorkelling, crystal clear.

We knew in advance the apartment had many steps, we counted 95. The payoff is the good view from the balcony and all windows, but if you are very unfit or have mobility issues, you will struggle. More pillows are needed! There is one pillow per person and it's like sleeping on a cotton wall pad, very flat.

Mieszkanko czyste, przestronne, idealne dla rodziny. Wszędzie blisko. Bardzo pomocny gospodarz, który informował o wszystkim, łącznie z tym gdzie zjeść, a które miejsca lepiej omijać. Polecam !

I absolutely loved the location—right in the heart of Zadar’s Old Town, just steps from the promenade, sea organ, St. Donatus and charming restaurants. The views from the balcony were spectacular over the historic rooftops. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious and thoughtfully laid out. With two bedrooms, a comfortable living area, and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioning—it felt modern and welcoming. Everything worked reliably and the host was incredibly helpful, keeping communication seamless throughout our stay.

Spacious, clean apartment with all the amenities required. The host was so kind and even bought us a pizza following our late arrival. Also, easy communications via WhatsApp. Location was super central with everything on your door step. Comfortable beds and a well kitted out kitchen and a balcony to chill in.

The location was perfect, just in the middle of the Old Town. The cozy, clean, spacious apartment had a wonderful sea view with the beautiful sunsets. The host was very kind and helpful, he brought us everything we needed.
