Very poor conditions in the hotel, strong smells in the room, while I asked them, they said they had the paste control, I said to them if you just had the paste control how can you allow people to sleep in this kind of room, then they toll me to 2nd floor, where again paint work is going on, and again strong smells, then they showed 1st floor room, which were closed for a long time and had very hard smells, asking them to cancel the stay they said they will charge me anyways, I tried to find another hotel near by but none was available at the last minute and unfortunately had to stay in he same, they also charged another 1050 rupees for an extra bed, and 700 rupees for breakfast, honestly not worth it, would like to claim back my money.

Location is advantage, Near to Airport. Breakfast is also good.

Room Condition: The room had seepage, and the smell due to fungus on the walls was very unpleasant. Facilities: The intercom phone was not working initially (later replaced), the wardrobe had no hanger, and no food menu was available in the room. Comfort: The mattress was not comfortable, and despite requesting a twin bed during online booking, I was provided two separate beds. Service Experience: I checked in around 12:30 AM, but had to wait nearly 1.5 hours for issues to be rectified before I could rest, even though I had an early morning meeting. Food & Beverages: When I requested tea during this time, it was served after 30 minutes and two reminders, and the price (₹162) felt very high compared to the quality and timing. (I could not verify before ordering since no menu was available in the room) These shortcomings caused significant inconvenience and impacted my overall stay. I believe such issues should not occur at a property of your standard. Since It was my business trip and the hotel was having tagline "Business Hotel", which was my main reason to choose for the hotel. I sincerely hope you will take this feedback positively and address these concerns to improve the guest experience in future.
