City centre apartment with roof terrace.

Great location. Have a lot of entertainment and shops etc close by. Parking was cheap locally too.

The boiler made loud noises all night then we had no hot water!!! With only a few hours until check out. The roof top terrace looks different on photos too. There’s weeds and random things out there like a broken lantern. The bed is also quite uncomfortable and the boiler was so loud. I could have contacted the owners but with only a few hours until check out I doubt they could have done anything. Reading past reviews I think the boiler has been broken for a while!!! Won’t be staying here again

Location for the arena was perfect. Apartment was great. Roof terrace was an added bonus

Collection and drop off of the keys was not at the location

The apartment was modern, clean and near local bars and a 10 minute walk to the Utilita arena that my daughters were going to see Olivia Rodrigo which was ideal for us. The host Chris and Jess kept you well informed and asked any questions quickly. I would recommend this apartment.

It was a lovely weather the table and chairs are nice but the balcony could do with a jet wash, probably not been used for a bit with all the bad weather we have had x

Great location, excellent value, clean and comfortable.

I would liked to have had prior warning that I had to pick up the keys for the apartment from a different location. Telling me on the same day when I have actually arrived at the apartment that I have another 10 minute walk to pick up the keys, and the same return journey, was not really acceptable. Had I known earlier, I could have collected the keys en route to the apartment which would have meant a lot less walking. As I have arthritis, this would have meant a lot less pain too! You could perhaps consider giving this information the day before arrival so your customer can make the appropriate arrangements. Apart from this issue, a very good rental.

Location was lovely and close to some nice restaurants and bars! The view from the terrace was absolutely gorgeous, in the summer I am sure it would be enjoyed much more! As I was only there for one night and it was dark upon arrival, I just took in the lovely skyline for a couple of minutes before going to sleep.

This was probably the only "down side" for this property. If you have to be out early, you have to plan a little extra time to take the key back. However, if you are heading to the New Street train station, the drop off location is on the way. Just a little heads up! & a little note, the chain for the door was unfortunately torn off, which was slightly concerning as I was traveling alone and just made me a little uneasy, but it felt safe regardless.

Lovely apartment, very well presented and very clean. Having access to a Balcony is a lovely bonus. Access into the building and apartment itself was easy and very much wheelchair accessible as described, 2 steps up to the balcony to be considered for other wheelchair users. Very Communicative and friendly owners. Would absolutely stay again, thank you!

Had a slight continuity issue with the hot water, other than that perfect.

The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable. Really impressed with the size too, wardrobe space etc. Amazing views from the terrace. Heating was easy to turn off and on. Comfortable and cosy living space. Would highly recommend. Jess was wonderful in helping us find direction to the apartment, which was so friendly and welcoming.

Only issue was the toilet flush was stuck when we arrived.

Location is fantastic for Broad street and Brindley Place

heaters in the bedroom and the lounge didn't work :(
