After unsatisfactory communication with the owner, I ultimately didn’t stay in the property. The worldpay link I was asked to use to pay a £200 deposit didn’t work (using two credit cards) and I was then asked to transfer money into a bank account which had a name which wasn’t recognisable. Obviously, I didn’t do that and I asked for the deposit to be waived, which was refused. They claimed that I had used the wrong email address via worldpay, which was nonsense. Ill be seeking a refund of the cost of accommodation but will I get it? Was it a scam? I’ll never know but booking.com should be finding out very quickly.

Great location, good space and the terrace was an added bonus

Every thing was great!

On arrival boiler had an error code so whilst have a dinner reservation we was unable to attend it due to not having any hot water. The plug was then stuck in the batch but broken allowing the bath the drain whilst filling it up with the kettle. Was advised we could have a later checkout which was only an hour. Had discussed part refund due to missing our table due to not been able to bath so we lost deposit from that but was not honoured
