Good value, tidy.

The heat pump wasn’t very effective at warming the place. There wasn’t much kitchenware available.

Great location where all the necessary shops and entertainment are nearby. The owner was always in touch. Clean and warm.

The bathroom can be cold in winter. Some kitchen utensils are missing, but it is enough to prepare breakfast.

we rate the stay at Nikolaus' apartment very poorly, it is understandable that the price is very low and you shouldn't expect a miracle, but it was very bad. It is very messy, there are no basic things such as garbage bags, shampoo or soap, the walls are all smeared, cobwebs on the ceiling... It is impossible to open the window and see the light, because the blinds from the outside are down. The apartment is on the main street, so it is very noisy. Electricity went out few times . You need to hold washing mashine cause it keeps bouncing when turned o.We only got through one night even though we had two, we don't recommend it...it ruined our trip.
