Staff Service was poor. According to me, they do not maintain 5 Star standard and status. They do not privide shaving kit and Shower jel. They say it is given to people who take suit room. Bullshit l used to get shaving kit and shower jel in all 5 star hotels where l stayed. Over all l was not happy.
