Great, clean and confortable

It was not as nice in reality as in the pictures. It was OK though. Basically clean. The light in the bathroom did not work. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I slept very well there. The area was inconvenient, far away from the centre of town, so that you are dependent on taxis to get around. The taxi drivers are good though and charged a fair price. I never felt ripped off by them. While the area did not feel overtly unsafe, it was pretty grungey, not the best part of town. Were I to visit Bacalar again, I'd probably look for somewhere else to stay because of this hotel's isolated location.

En general el servicio esta bien, pero si tuve tres reportes de falla en la habitación no funcionaba el tanque del inodoro, la regadera tapada y la puerta del baño de la regadera esta caída y no cierra, sería importante que revisarn totos los servcios antes de alquilarlos

Muy aislada de la ciudad y calles poco iluminadas

Enfrente del edificio hay una iglesia que estan estuvieron cantando y tocando musica hasta altas horas de la noche y resulto un poco difícil conciliar el sueño.

No era el peor hotel, pero nada que ver con las fotos, tiene lo indispensable y había muchos comentarios de que se metían a los cuartos a robar, a mi no me pasó nada pero pasé un par de noches con la preocupación
