The hosts were incredibly helpful - keen to understand our needs and assist us in the best possible way. For example, we try not to use disposable plastic water bottles and travel with our own re-usable bottles. The host was kind enough to arrange a 20litre container of drinking water for us, from which we re-filled our bottles. We paid for the water, he explained he would get his deposit back on the container when it was returned. Excellent. We were very happy. We also used the kitchen facilities to make a fruit salad and the laundry facilities. All good.

Very close to the beach and restaurants. Ideal location to explore Trincomalee. The host was very friendly and was always checking if we needed anything. We could wash off the sand outside before entering our room. On our last day the host prepared a fruit platter for us, it was delicious. Our room was clean and spacious.

Great location near the beach and restaurants, large and clean room with good AC. Nice manager, who helped me to arrange tuk-tuks when I needed it. He also allowed me to hang out on the sofa in the reception area even after my check-out for quite long time period.

Low water pressure in the shower, no hot water. There was no proper blanket on bed. Quite noisy from outside.

The room was great. it was clean, spacious. So nice to have an AC to keep cool during the mid day heat. Location wise it was perfect walking distance to everywhere we needed!

Great place to stay would highly recommend. Aircon is great and so is the wifi. The hotel has all the facilities advertised, it's clean and good value for money. Just a short 5 min walk to the beach.
