Wszystkiego inne, to nie był ten obiekt, który wystawiono na zdjeciu, tylko apartament nr 15 na 4 piętrze, zupełnie inny niż na zdjęciu ( gorszy). Łazienka mikroskopijna, do tego w całym apartamencie unosił się z niej bardzo brzydki zapach z rur. Kurtyna od orysznica opadała że stelażem. Właściciel nie mówi po angielsku, tylko jego pracownik- który nie odbierał telefonu,niby byl w windzie przez 5 '! Po czym jak doszedł ( po tel. od właściciela), poinformował Nas, że mają 25 mieszkań ale nic dla mnie wolnego oprócz tego co jest tu i teraz! Zarzadalam odwołania rezerwacji bez kosztów za odwołanie grożąc konsekwencjami,wtedy powiedział, że jak poproszę o bezpłatne anulowanie to się przychylą do mej prośby. Całkowicie odradzam a zespół Booking.com, powinien sprawdzić ich zgodność apartamentów że zdjęciami!

We were called repeatedly on the day of check-in. Despite confirming multiple times that we were coming and accepting the payment, they kept aggressively calling and threatening to give our room to someone else, even though no specific check-in time was stated. To make things worse, we were initially placed in the wrong room. When they changed it, they claimed both rooms had the exact same features, but they were completely different. Furthermore, there were bugs in the rooms, and I suffered an allergic reaction due to bug bites. While the location is good and the rooms have two balconies, the cleanliness was terrible. The bathroom is extremely small, making it almost impossible to move around in the shower. Additionally, the shower is open-concept, so the entire bathroom gets flooded every time you use it. The place appears under the “parking available” filter, but it doesn’t have its own parking lot. You need to leave your car in a paid parking garage. Finally, they demanded that we leave immediately before the official check-out time. I sent them a screenshot of the official check-out time from Booking.com, but they completely ignored it and insisted we vacate the room. Unacceptable behavior and horrible management.

Ήταν ένα πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα ευρύχωρο και άνετο. Το διαμέρισμα τα είχε όλα δεν του έλειπε τίποτα και πολύ κεντρικά. Οι οικοδεσπότες φανταστικοί άνθρωποι με ευγένεια και σεβασμό.
