Behaviour of the watchman, While am checking out i was already late for the bus he asked me to pay only thought cash he dnt accept any credit cards. If you use card it will charge you 2% all this crap. Later i spoke to owner of the property he said we have card options but it will tale 10 mins for me to reach the property. As i was late for the bus i opted for phone pay. Watchman started asking nothing for watchman, i said listen i dnt have any change with me and am already late for the bus, he acted so weird and said “ Amma Thalli Nuvu Pooo yekkadnunchi vastaro” first day when he bought us lunch he too 100 for a milk packet actual milk packet price was 36rs. Only request to property owner is to hire a watchman who is young and can behave good

Quieter place.

Lack of basic amenities in the kitchen like a fridge, spoons,forks, napkins, paper towels. Only a couple of utensils and ladels were provided so we had to wash the utensils very often when we needed to boil or cook something. We were even more dissatisfied because we had called the property owner to ask about kitchen amenities and were told that everything was available. Everything felt like a gimmick to us.

There's nothing to like in this place, it's more of a scam. The photos do not match the room provided. Everything was unclean and the sheets were from the previous tenant. We were too tired to do anything when we arrived and too late to find any other place, we also had a limited time and full schedule to look for another accommodation.

From the start, this place is the worst. It was too late for us to find another accommodation and too tired to do anything, we had a full schedule coming in and had no time to look for another accommodation. First, the gate was locked when we arrived, second, the rooms, beds, and bathrooms were dirty and we had to wait until morning 9 am for them to be cleaned and changed, third the kitchen was empty, it only had a kettle and some plates, it's nothing close to the one shown on the posting. This is the worst experience coming to a highly-rated place we ever had and on top of that they are not very accommodating and the owner is the worst in communication.
