"comfort budget hotel in the middle of town"

for new hotel expectation, everything is perfect. toilet is clean and bed is comfortable.

the staircase leading to level 1 is bery steep. perhaps management can consider to install lift

Location, at the heart of Kota Bahru

My room facing the main road, so it's quite noisy and the room is not soundproof
