The owner was kind enough to let us check in a couple of hours before the official check-in time, which we appreciated. I was at the hotel with my wife and our two boys, aged 2 and 8. However, the problems began soon after. The AC was locked at a default temperature of 24 degrees, and the remote control didn’t work. Additionally, the water heater was not functional. The most disappointing part was the towels provided. While they were white, they were old and worn out. When I used one, fine threads came loose and stuck to my skin, which was an uncomfortable experience. Upon requesting fresh towels, we were given ones that, unfortunately, had a bad odor. Adding to the inconvenience, there are no decent restaurants nearby, and the hotel's food service has strict timing. If you miss the designated hours, it becomes difficult to order food online or find alternatives. When we protested a few times about the lack of hot water, they decided to give us half a bucket of hot water from their kitchen, which was highly disappointing. I’m not sure how none of these issues have been reported by previous guests so far. Although the room staff were clearly untrained, they did their best to assist us, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

The room was good with a balcony attached.It was clean.All amenities were provided.Hot water facility was available.AC was there.

The only downside of the room was that instead of providing 2 double beds as mentioned in hotel booking ,they provided us with only a single double bed and 1 extra mattress.If they don't have the facility of 2 double beds,it should have been mentioned.The pillows they provided were too soft.It was a bit difficult to sleep in that as it compressed immediately while sleeping.

Wi-fi issues were very bad, didn't connect and food issues, no good restaurants nearby.
