10min drive from Fiumicino airport, close to the main road but quiet (couldn't hear the cars driving past). Very clean, the heating was on when we arrived. Nice touches, e.g. coffee, bottled water and tea available, and small toasts and jams. Kitchen well equipped to prepare food (even though we just used the microwave). Shampoo and shower gel available in the bathroom. Big TV. Friendly and quick communication with the owner.

It's a bit small for 4 people, the best would be 2-3. But for one night before and early flight from Fiumicino, it was great

"Superb"

Very comfortable apartment. Bed, pillows and duvet were all great. It was cold while we were there and the apartment had radiators not just AC heating which made it very comfortable. Easy to catch the bus from the airport. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip through Rome.

Location on the direct access to FCO main road Secure private parking a big plus The apartment has everything you need for 2-3 people: kitchen complete bath bedroom 2 screens. Nice quality linens and bedding. Surprisingly quite close to road., dining options.

"Good Value for a nice and clean apartment"

Very clean with everything you need for a short stay. Comfortable bed. Good communication from the owner. Good security, allowing you to park inside of a locked gate in front of the apartment. Coffee machine and light breakfast snack was a nice touch. Good value. About 10 minutes by car from Fiumicino.

"Nice little apartment for a short stay"

- Little apartment with its own court and entrance - Possibility to park car at the court - Although close to FCO airport no noise from airplanes

- Chairs on the balcony could be more comfortable - No BBQ equipment/tools whatsoever available, just an oven outside at the court (booking.com mentioned the availability of a BBQ)
