Studio on the Square

The location is central and the studio is spacious containing all the appliances one may need.

The neighborhood is very noisy that every night I was awakened after mid-night because of loud music playing next room, not to mention the noise from outside which extends until 3:00 am in the morning. I spotted a cockroach in the studio, which requires more attention. There was cigarette /weed smoke smell in the premises. The property address (14 Jetty street) takes you to the back of the building, and you need to go around to the other side of the building to access it. This should be made clear to guests before arrival to save their time instead of keep looking for the entrance.

I stayed at the Studio On The Square for an entire week and it was very very pleasant. The appartement is bigger than it seems from the picture, it is well equipped with a kitchen and fridge. There is a small store right down the place where you can get anything you need. I was attending a conference in the CTICC and this was a perfect location, just 3-4 minutes walking. The whole building is safe and access to the appartement is simple and easy, I managed to collect the key easily and self check-in. So this is possible, even if you arrive late. The owner Nicole is incredible, she was super available and helped me figure out how things work in Capetown. She also took the time to send recommendations about places to eat and visit. I highly recommend this studio.

I had a fabulous stay at the property and Nicole was amazing. I will definitely be back in the future. The location is convenient & central and the flat is clean and has EVERYTHING you need including tupperware :)

You feel at home everything you need for home is there I couldn't believe containers to store your food, aminities were enough I feel so safe thank you

It's the direction only if I knew it's closer to burger King it will be so easy to find their place from there you just come up other than that everything was perfect
