La Casetta di Marika

Pulitissima, silenziosissima e dotata di patio e giardino con sdraio e tavolo per cenare.

Migliorerei il materasso troppo morbido per i miei gusti

La casetta si trova al piano terra di un complesso di case bianche. Ha un bellissimo patio con zona barbecue, spazio esterno con due sdraio per il relax. La cura dei proprietari si nota dai piccoli particolari: belle piante, albero dei limoni che fa una piacevole ombra, siepe curata, aiuola bella. All'interno presenta una cucina/ soggiorno spaziosa con un frigorifero bello grande, stoviglie e posate in quantità, ci si può cucinare senza problemi. Le due camere da letto sono graziose e ci sono tanti armadi/ cassettiere. Il bagnetto è abbastanza nuovo. La proprietaria è sempre disponibile, molto solare è pronta ad aiutare e ovviare ai problemi. Abbiamo anche usufruito della piscina condominiale e ciò è un punto in più.

Nulla della casa. Anzi, la casa aiuta a stare molto meglio in questa località.

We had a realy good time in la casetta di marika , i realy recomended to everyone who wants to relax and have an enjoybale time with their family , you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay there, they think about all the things , i realy appreciate them we enjoyed so much, we went there with our little dog they left also a little food and plates for our dog it meant to us , thank you dear jessica , they are a couple that speak english and italian so do not worty if you can not speak italian ,you will find a beautiful garden in the house you can have also bbq , the kitchen is full of the thing that you might need , we will back for sure with out friends , we live in rome and we needed to take rest it was very perfect for us , there was a super market also very near to the house if you need ti buy something for cooking

Nothing everything was perfect

Beautifully remodeled, comfortable apartment with great facilities, lots of lighting, and a great patio. I'd be happy to have a home just like it (if in a better location).

Apartment was great, but the building it is in appears to be falling apart on the upper level. Neighborhood, in general, appears quite rundown. "City center" feels like a dying town with lots of closed shops and empty retail space. There's a camera in the kitchen that the host made no mention of. Had to go out for coffee in the morning because I could not get the Italian coffee maker clean. Very small selection of items for breakfast. Lots of dogs barking throughout the evening.
