Dimora situata in una ottima posizione del borgo. Degno di nota il panorama di affaccio sulle campagne toscane. Spazi in generale ampi (eccetto il bagno). Ottima qualità prezzo.
Senza dubbio sarebbe necessario ridurre l'arredo e riammodernarlo, la casa ha molto potenziale; ci sono molti oggetti antichi che potrebbero essere meglio valorizzati, come la stufetta in ghisa. Infine, è risultato disagevole l'utilizzo dei servizi igienici a causa della ridotta dimensione della stanza: qualcuno potrebbe riscontrare difficoltà a farne uso.
