Old Center Cozy Room

Gorgeous location, clean and well renovated room. Had lots of towels and toiletries plus a coffee making station!

Very loud due to a loud bar being next door. The bar closed at midnight so could have been worse. Also very small room, more suited to a couple/ single person.

The location is absolutely perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Very clear instructions with pictures and a video on how to find the property. “Cozy” is the best way to describe the apartment and it had everything I needed for a 3 night stay in Split. Highly recommend.

Location could not be better! Right in the heart of Old Town Split. In less than 5 minute walking distance to basically everything. The host is amazing. She was so accommodating and helped me get an early check in since it was pouring rain the day I arrived. She answered all questions promptly and provided a bunch of wonderful recommendations!

The room in general is TINY. Literally just a bedroom off the street. Fine for me because I was a solo traveller but I can’t imagine sharing this room with even one other person. Bathroom was about the size of a planes. Again, fine for me but if you’re a tall individual it would be hard to move around. Also a little noisy because of the bars near by. So if you want peace and quiet this is not the place for you.

Very cosy little room with a big, comfortable bed. Clean, modern bathroom. Everything in perfect working order. Felt safe and secure. Great for a short stay.

The noise from the bar nearby was a bit loud at night, but not too bad. It was very quiet in the morning though!

Location, once found, excellent. Room very well organised and styled. Shower excellent. Bed very comfortable.

Room very small. If for solo visitor (like myself) ideal. If a couple it would be very cramped. No storage space.

The room was newly renovated and modern. Its' proximity to the old city centre and the Riva was exceptional. Another benefit was that we could walk from the harbour after our cruise and then walk to the bus station to leave Split. Anja was always contactable through What's app. Recommended!

The accommodation comprises of a small room with lovely ensuite. There is not much room for luggage, but you can make do over your stay for all the other benefits.

The location of the apartment is superb, you have quick access to the harbour and too all the attractions in the city. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished and clean. Anja was very helpful in providing us with recommendations for where to eat and which beaches were the best. We had a lovely stay.

Two things to note with this apartment: because of its central location, there are two bars directly outside of the apartment. This results in a lot of noisy in the early hours of the morning to the point where you are unable to sleep. The second is that the apartment is quite small - perfect size for the two of us but not enough room for children or a third person I would say.

The apartment was modern and very clean. Shower had great water pressure and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

The apartment is right around the corner from two bars/clubs. There was loud music and yelling until way past midnight every night (both weekend and during the week). Once the music stopped, there was another hour of drunk people yelling around and talking loudly right in front of the apartment. It was a central and convenient to explore Split old town and get to boats/ferries/bus station, but would not recommend to anyone who values a quiet night for good sleep. Also take note that the apartment really is very small. That’s fair because it’s mentioned in the description but it would be difficult to even open one regular sized check-in bag in the apartment.
