This is a self check-in hotel. Check-in is possible beginning at 2 PM, subject to availability and confirmation. On-property smoking is strictly prohibited. If our crew detects proof of a violation of this rule (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we completely reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at the very least. Please keep in mind that for stays of more than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities with a cap of 80€ will apply. We supply basic amenities for the first few days, including shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing items, and a garbage bag. Extra keys: 20€ (when available, extra pair of keys, lost keys, or assistance to access the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen costs the same as a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and linens for two people, if the couch bed is not included).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
