Roaches Problems with living room tv and management never got back with me as promised

Location and pet friendly. This property is truly very close to everything. That was the main reason I chose it. It was nice to have some bottled water and snacks available.

The house was nice,but needs several updates. I wish so bad I had taken photos, but I don’t normally go into a vacation rental. with a mind set of critiquing everything . But after speaking with my family members who were staying at this property with us, I decided I should at least make a few suggestions. First the showers need updating badly. I think it would have been nicer to have had a queen bed downstairs in the other room, instead of the full and bunk bed style. That would have been nicer, especially if someone could not climb stairs. All Mattresses were memory foam. SO uncomfortable! The decor in the house needs to be more. The home just looks empty. Kinda like someone’s moved out. Not really very inviting. Also in one of the bedrooms upstairs, the curtains were hung up backwards. Towels needed to be upgraded badly also. They looked very old and worn out. So glad I brought a few of my own. The living room needs more seating. This property is listed as sleeps 9, but no seating for all family members. There was only one sofa and it was not the same sofa that you seen online in the picture. So we had to use dining room chairs. Not cool! Also not the same as you seen online in pictures. We were also disappointed in the TV. We could not get any of the apps on the TV to open so that we could even use our own account to watch. Not sure what was wrong with that. Now for the kitchen….we love to cook so we were prepared to do so. Kitchen faucet needs updating also. Seems to be worn out and at times hard to use. Had more pot lids than pots and all pots were small. Needs a variety of pots and pans and also needs baking sheets. There was nothing to bake dinner rolls on. Also needs a Mr. Coffee maker. Not everyone likes a Keurig. Or is prepared to use a Keurig. Also a set of wine glasses would have been nice. Kitchen cabinets look bad, they need a second coat of paint. As far as the pet friendly goes, that is nice but then later you decide to charge for pets.

The home excellent. Clean and spacious. Just enough parking for 3 cars in the driveway.

I was in the king size bed. It was as hard as the floor with a rug. There was barely any give when even sitting on the bed. I'm 57. I tried for 4 hours to find some comfort. But I could feel my back stiffening up. I gave up and moved to the couch. There weren't any extra blankets so I tried using the couch pillows as cover. I did not sleep 1 minute all night and then had a 4 hour drive home. My adult children reported similar hard beds up stairs but they did manage a few hours of rest.

Excellent location right off the parkway and very spacious house in a well kept neighborhood.

The house does need some small updates to appliances but overall very well kept and very clean.
