Sotza’s Little House

La amabilidad de Elia y la buena predisposición. No le faltaba de nada a la casa ni a la cocina. Tenía cafetera y cápsulas para todos los días que estuvimos. Además en el frigorífico nos dejó para desayunar y gatellas de varios tipos. Había sal, aceite y especias para poder cocinar.

Estaba a 20 minutos mínimo de cualquier playa, pero como contraposición, el pueblo era muy tranquilo y se podía descansar muy bien

Our stay at Elia's place was absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. When we arrived (quite late in the evening), we were so grateful to find that she had stocked the house with everything we might need: breakfast food, juice, water, coffee, milk, yogurt, even shampoo and shower gel for the whole family. She told us to use whatever we wanted, which was amazing since we hadn't had time to shop. We were there for my birthday, and she even left some sweets for me and my family, such a sweet and personal touch that made our stay feel extra special. My family felt so comfortable the entire time. Elia was waiting for us when we arrived, welcomed us warmly, showed us around the house, and handed us the keys personally. Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. The house is a little bit remote, but it wasn’t a problem at all, by car, we could reach local areas in about 30 minutes. Overall, our stay was fantastic. We've never felt so pampered in a holiday rental. Elia was a truly amazing hostess!

We had the most heart welcoming greeting :) everything was prepared and house fully equiped, also we got some good advises from Elia. I hope to come back one day.

Everything was amazing

Wonderful location and quite close to San Teodoro where you can easily reach the most beautiful beaches on the east coast of Sardinia. We thank a lot to Elia for being a wonderful and very helpful host. The accommodation feels like home, you have absolutely everything you need and it is very, very clean. Elia prepared for us many things for breakfast, juices, water, and coffee. In addition, we also had snacks to take with us on the boat trips we booked. It was very easy for us to grab something in the morning and go, and that was possible because Elia took care of everything. We definitely felt good and we will return to Elia's place on the next occasion in Sardinia. Grazie Mille Elia for your kindness and for the dedication you show as a host.

There s nothing to complain about this location.

The property is exceptional. Very confortable and clean. All you need is there: washing mashine, hair dryer, ironing board. The small patio in the back of the house is more than you need. The property is located only 30 min from Olbia and 25 minutes from the stunning beach Cala Brandinchi. You shouldn't miss it if you go there!

We booked the accommodation based on the reviews we read here. Needless to say, it exceeded all our expectations. Elia is an exceptionally caring and kind host. The apartment was clean and extremely well-equipped. And I mean that literally; you can find everything you need in this apartment. Elia had prepared everything for us in great detail, and we were welcomed with a generous pre-stocked breakfast, which perfectly met our needs during our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and there was air conditioning in every room. The small village created a great atmosphere for a Sardinian holiday, and the apartment also has a small courtyard where you can play board games, swing, or even grill after a beach day. The sounds of the waking village do not come into the rooms at all, the windows close perfectly. Thank you for these few wonderful days, Elia! If we return someday, we will definitely stay here again. :) Ákos and his family

Very nice welcoming lady, there was already a lot of drinks/food present. You can easily arrive without going to a shop first. It is a nice little house with a small private area outside, where you can relax. Wifi very good. Car can be be parked just in front of the house, as it is a tiny village without tourists. The only bar is 100 meters away, so you know where to go during the 'passegiata'.

The extra bed in the main bedroom has a terrible mattress, but the other single bed and double bed were good ! Metal Spiral staircase, for us no problem, but could be dangerous for smaller children.

Super clean accomodation. Everything was just there. Parasol, first aid kit, a complete household, etc.. Everything!!! The hostess Elia is a very friendly, uncomplicated and warm person. We had very nice days and can definitely recommend the accommodation.

It was a really comfortable and cosy house. We felt very welcome and our hostess was really sweet. Everything was tidy and all necessary items were available. It was a small quiet village and for us everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much and if we return to sardinië, we will return to this house as well.

One of the best host in my life. Perfect contact. Sweet little cotage house in small italian village - what to want more. Cleanless was perfect, beds very comfortable and in the kitchen waited for us local delicious snacks.
