Studio With Sea View

Great view and a balcony. Spacious enough for two people for a short stay. Very close to the beach and other amenities. We managed to find parking spaces nearby ( October). Very good contact with the host.

It’s an open plan one room studio and no separate bedroom. The kitchen is basic and in need of updating. There is an all in one oven-hob unit and the oven is not really working. There are no coffee making facilities apart from a little pot to make Greek coffee. I guess one should eat out. The fridge was not cleaned and there was some food left in it. The location is good, but in the high season it must be loud from the restaurants and cafes along the promenade. We were in October, very few people there, yet on Saturday night there was loud music playing until 2.30 am. There are no wardrobes, only a chest of drawers, so there is nowhere to put your clothes. We only stayed for a few days and we used the spare single bed for that purpose. So for a longer stay and 3 people, there would be a struggle where to keep the clothes and the luggage.

Obwohl in der Beschreibung steht, dass die Wohnung zwei Zimmer hat, handelt es sich hier um eine Einzimmerwohnung. Die Klimaanlage kühlt nicht, besonders nachmittags scheint die Sonne direkt hinein und es wird unerträglich heiß. Die Einrichtung ist sehr alt. In der Küche gibt es keine Töpfe, der Herd ist nicht leistungsfähig. Das Doppelbett ist voller Flecken.

Perfect location, right on the beach with a beautiful view of the sea. The room was basic and suited us fine. Beds were comfortable and the shower was large had great water pressure.

Die Aussicht ist überwältigend und die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. Man ist direkt im Zentrum des Geschehens und sieht vom Balkon den perfekten Sonnenuntergang. Direkt unterm Balkon tobt das Leben und liegt der Strand. Aufgrund dieser Tatsachen und dem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis verdient dieses Apartment eine starke 8. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Die Wohnung selbst ist nicht besonders schön, es hat aber das Nötigste wie eine eigene Küche, Badezimmer und Balkon. Die Betten sind nicht sehr bequem für einen längeren Aufenthalt, aber wer will hier schon lange schlafen? Wenn das verbessert wird, dann eine gute 9.
