Check out is at 10.00. Please note that the key is special; it can’t be duplicated. If you lose the keys, the fine is EUR 50. Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. Smoking in the apartment will incur an additional charge of EUR 200. Please be quiet! From 22:00 to 08:00, the neighbours would like to sleep, please respect their right to relax. If you break this house rule and the police attend, you may face a penalty of up to EUR 600. Only one end-cleaning is included in the reservation fee. If you would like daily cleaning, you can order it 24 hours in advance. We recommend that you always keep the door locked; we can’t be held responsible for your belongings. If you go out, you should have your passport and money.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
