Store Ringheim Apartment - Villa Solberg

L'appartamento è spazioso e dotato di tutti i confort e servizi necessari per un soggiorno di più giorni. Noi eravamo due famiglie con bambini di 2 anni che avevano lo spazio sufficiente per giocare. Cucina ben attrezzata con forno e forno a microonde.

E' stato un pò complicato arrivare alla struttura con valigie e passeggini al seguito in quanto ci sono delle salite anche sterrate da percorrere. Non sono riuscita a mettermi in contatto con i proprietari prima dell'arrivo quindi siamo arrivati davanti l'appartamento senza poter entrare. Ho dovuto contattare telefonicamente il proprietario che in 10 min è arrivato. Inoltre la pulizia dell'appartamento lasciava a desiderare... abbiamo pulito la doccia dai capelli e passato l'aspirapolvere.

Great central location, stunning views, very well equipped. Owner very welcoming and responsive.

2 of the bedrooms had no heating and as a result were very cold. Main living area and 3rd bedroom were very warm however. Would have been nice to have some festive decorations up as we were staying for Christmas.

The balcony was great, and the house was very big and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped

Some of the kitchenware was not cleaned well. The dishwasher had food in it. The path to the house was rough

The location was great! The apartment was spacious. Kitchen had the basics we needed for a weekend stay. Host was waiting for us, explained everything and gave us the key.

I was not aware it was a basement apartment. The announcement is for the whole villa, which consists of I assume 2 or 3 apartments. Pictures on the announcement are from the whole villa, all apartments, and so are the reviews. So basically, there was no hint we were getting the basement. The other problem was that when the people were walking on the top floor, we could hear them clearly. I was awaken at 5:56 AM on Saturday and 5:30 AM on Sunday. So if you are light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend. Cleaness not the best, but ok. I have astma and had some helath struggles while being there.

Flott og godt tilgjengelig romløsning. Praktisk for 4 arbeidskarer som hadde behov for overnatting.

Uteområdene var ikke akkurat attraktive, men nå var det ikke derfor vi valgte Villa Solberg heller.

Great views and very comfortable bedding.

Access to the apartment is very shady. you need to go back behind the home to enter and was very difficult to drag the baggage uphill in unpaved area.
