Excellent accommodation and very friendly host. Everything you can imagine that you would need on your trip, the host has already provided and is in the apartment. Even binoculars for a magnificent view from the apartment window. For those traveling by car, the apartment has a free parking space next to the building. In my opinion, the rating should be 10+, and I suggest that the apartment get 4 stars instead of 3, because it clearly deserves it. Thank you for your hospitality, and see you again.....

"Wonderful location and host for a short stay in Arad!"

Central location on Arad’s main boulevard made the access so easy. The apartment was above and beyond equipped with everything needed for our staying, it is so wonderful to be greeted in such a beautiful way. The view from the 10th floor on either side of the town is spectacular and we even appreciated the art of binoculars :).

A bit of maintenance needed at the main entrance of the building, and we assume this is something the association needs to deal with it.
