"not satisfied with the host who is not cooperative"

1. very difficult to collect property key which is not 300 meter as claim by host and no clear instruction location of key collection. 2. washing machine not well function and host cannot advise the best answer to solve my problem. 3. i paid for 2 adult and 2 kids but my son got no bed to sleep. at the end, he just slept on the floor.
