Ramadan and it was cold and wet in fairness so bear that in mind, but: We were the only guests Lamp in tent was broken Almost no toilet tissue No coffee/tea facils in room Electric power intermittent No buffet - was served a lot of food however but no desert and no coffee or juice offered Cold eating area with zero ambiance A presumably African chap served our food and didn't speak/was not interested Over charged for the trip around the desert in the back of a Nissan Hilux

I had an amazing stay at the bubble in Wadi Rum! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any of our needs. The bubble itself was spotless and very comfortable, offering a unique and memorable experience. Rashid took us on a night tour to see the stars, and it was truly amazing. We also took the camel ride to see the sunrise, and it was a great experience—they were on time to pick us up. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Wadi Rum with excellent service and cleanliness.

Dreamy.. I have no words to express the feeling.. a magical place, I had the opportunity to spend a night like in a fairy tale in one of the tents with an incredible view, very clean, and the staff exceeded my expectations... thank you from the bottom of my heart, Mr. Rashid for all the support🤗

It was amazing! Rashid took us from the meeting point to the camp and was very friendly at all times. One of the best places I have ever been to. The service provided was ideal! We did several activities inside and each one was worth it. Inside the bubble everything was clean and tidy. The food was spectacular! They made varieties every day and everything was delicious. I sincerely highly recommend coming!!

The camp and the bubble were fantastic, we were a couple and enjoyed everything there, the staff, the place, the view were great and new… I recommend you to choose the jeep tour with Mahmoud, the young man was amazing and helpful and chooses the best place of sunset ;)

The hospitality and the warm welcome from Rashid made us feel like home with our own family. We felt safe and Rashid asked if we needed anything to make us more comfortable.
