USUSSydney checked us in and was very polite, friendly, and informative. She recommended a restaurant in the neighborhood that was within walking distance. We really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. We returned to our room, which was nice and quiet, and decorated so cool-and enjoyed a good snooze. We would definitely stay there again, if we are in nReno.

Fun spot. Small rooms that are fully renovated and very Art town Reno. Mid-Town location is great and staff is great!
I have stayed here twice now, with my dog, and it's been great both times! The room is very big, clean and has everything you would need for a stay. The hotel is walking distance to anything you would want to go to in Midtown and the staff are very friendly. My dog and I have been very comfortable here and find it to be a gem of a place to stay when visiting Reno.

Room was not ready at check in time, room was not very clean (hairs all over the bed, stained sheets, sticky substance on the floor, cup water marks in the bathroom, shower was clogged and sink sprayed out sideways) despite telling them these issues at check in, they offered me a free $10 parking which one of the nights, couldn’t even park as all of the spots were full. I paid for a bigger suite and upon check in was told I only booked a regular standard room. The lady working did refund me for the difference but honestly not offering any type of compensation with a dirty room and late check in was disappointing.
