Worst room. My bed had bedbugs. It was biting and I wasn't able to sleep the whole night. Room is very small and cramped. The bathroom is not large as shown in the pic. Zero ventilation

The management serious need improve their staffs communication skills on customer services & how to respond to customers requests or queries. Their customer service is totally out. This place not suitable place for family staying. Not so convenient to stay here.
