The property is fairly new and near a major commuter hub. Local fruit, vegetable, meat market is very close as are numerous restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The room was spacious, clean, quiet. Staff were super helpful, informative, and always available when needed.

"Worst Red Fox Hotel In The Nagar Chennai"

Our worst stay in Chennai thus far. Travelled with friend's family. Stayed here from 23-26th Feb 2024 with 2 rooms booked via booking.com. Definitely I'd NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Drainage is clogged and had to change room upon check in. However I experienced the same in second room too. It takes hours to get a bucket of water to fill up in rest rooms, basically no proper water supply for first 2 days. Failed to provide fresh towel as they claimed their laundry service failed to deliver on time etc. Over commit and failed to deliver anything on time. Even to get a drinking glass takes 2 days to deliver to your room. No toileries provided too. Inconsiderte, inexperienced & rude staff. Long way to go as they clam it is a rather new hotel with no experience staff. Especially on customer service and hospitality. Also made to pay for 2 hours late checkout. Generally poor housekeeping, rooms were never cleaned and bed bugs too. Definitely a NO NO NO to any travellers...
