Ferndale Luxury Boutique Bed & Breakfast

Very clean, location was great, food was excellent

View was great. The room was cosy, shower pressure very good. The rooms are differently laded out, but their fun.

My only comment would be, too much food, but that would not be a problem for many people.

Jon and Alex were extremely generous hosts who welcomed us warmly into their unique and stylish home. We stayed in the luxuriously appointed Venetian suite which offered us every possible comfort, including a super comfy super King bed, wonderful pillows, with a choice of firmness, and luxurious high thread count cotton bed linen. We both slept incredibly well every one of our three nights there. The room was very spacious and included a very comfortable sitting area, tea and coffee making facilities (with complimentary Lindt chocolate!), a well equipped bathroom, excellent shower and separate jacuzzi style bath. Breakfasts were freshly prepared to order with a huge choice of dishes all made with high quality ingredients, many of which locally sourced. We were also able to have dinner one night which was delicious and generous and once again there was a large choice of dishes on offer. It was a short walk from the B and B to the beach and Keel village. All in all it was a great experience and we look forward to visiting again on our next trip to county Mayo.

John and Alex who run the bed and breakfast are warm and welcoming. They are very proud of their beautiful building and clearly put a lot of energy into it's upkeep and decor. The food is delicious, everything cooked from fresh ingredients in ample amounts. The breakfast menu is amazing, be hungry and give yourself lots of time for this is an experience to savour. We'll done lads !!

Breakfast choice and quality was exceptional The room was spotless and extremely spacious and comfortable. The view from the room was fabulous.

There was nothing we did not like.
