La stanza è un sotto scala (livello interrato) freddo (riscaldamenti centralizzati) con pannello riscaldante elettrico in una presa staccata dal muro. Lo scarico wc e scarico acqua doccia andava a fatica essendo sotto livello ed il tiraggio forzavo non era efficiente. Teli e asciugamani profumati ma multicolor (rosso, azzurro e bianco) e quelli bianchi erano di colore quasi nel grigio. Colazione prodotti di scarsa qualità con l'utilizzo di attrezzatura vecchia e di scarsa qualità. Sconsiglio vivamente per rapporto qualità/prezzo.
