A tulajdonos, Kathleen nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt, a szoba jó állapotban volt, a felszereltség is jó volt, a kert nagyon szép volt, a légkondíciónálónak köszönhetően jól lehetett aludni, a környék pedig viszonylag nyugodt.

Az utcák útminősége sokszor kifogásolható, néha a szomszédságban zaj volt, ami zavarta a pihenést.
