Great location in the center of Old City of Bergamo. Excellent communication with the owner. It definitely met our expectations.

Everything was great. Spacious and comfortable. Any staff we came across were very helpful and polite.

Nothing was wrong with the property. Only potential issue would be for mobility issues and there are lots of steps up to the appartment.

The accommodation is in the most beautiful and central part of the city. Spacious, very warm house with all the comforts. Amazing mattress, the sleep was delightful. In any case it is worth staying at this accommodation.

The only drawback was that while it was a prerequisite for us to have 2 bathrooms (1 for each family), when we arrived we were informed that one bathroom was not working at all. This blew us away a bit. Also, a suggestion for the owners is to fix the shutters that don't close well especially in the back bedroom it stays open enough to wake up at the first light of the sun as well as the sockets that were not fully functional.Finally, the cleaning crew had done a hurried job due to the fact that the house is certainly in constant demand. Lots of dust under the beds.

It was in a great part of town and very clean and spacious.

One toilet was broken which was awkward for a group of 8 but there was still one working toilet.
