Location is perfect. Price is very reasonable.

Bathroom could be better.

Beds were comfy and location near the middle of town.

The pictures didn’t give a fair representation of the property. It’s a 12ft wide house over three floors with steep and unsafe bare wood stairs up the floors. The entrance floor is a building site and the house smells as old as it looks. It’s an old fashioned creaky small house in need of serious renovation. Bathroom and living room are the same room. The TV didn’t work. Check out is 9am too.

There was no signing, house number or bell. There were not two separate rooms. We were told that the artist had died three months ago. The place looked dingy and run down,. We found it unacceptable, left and found rooms elsewhere. Reviews might not be up-to-date,

Charming, cosy, stylish. Ve1ry comfy beds, quiet. Terras, jacuzzi, coffee machine. Friendly host. Small details that make you feel home.

The only small thing was that it was difficult to leave the place at 9.15. however, it was lovely to stroll on the early streets of the beautiful town.

Location was excellent. Ville central. Exceptional price for central and 4 persons. One night stay is ok

No cleaning doestic facilities brush, washing up etc. Bath and wash hand basins in living room, no hot water in toilet. Dirty outside space. No hairdryer, oven. Longer term would be a struggle.

Nice apartment, the location right in the city center was really ideal. Having a jacuzzi in the living room was a great experience. Picking up & dropping off the key went right on time. Friendly staff.

No real cons except that the checkout at 9AM was quite early. We were staying in the apartment with a group of friends though and went to pubs until late. In case we'd have another night out in Middelburg I'd happily book the apartment again.

Check in after 17, check out 9 am, very inconvenient
