ZASafe parking in a relative quiet place, this mainly due to office on premises not occupied because of the weekend. Fairly neat grounds.
No place to sit outside. Despite it being a self-catering room for 2 people, there was only one single wooden chair by a small table. In the microwave underneath the glass turntable it was very dirty. The white sugar had brownish areas in it. The coffee container lid had sticky brown spots on it. I washed the spoon, fork and plate I used, first to make sure they were clean. The small window above the kitchen area has a half-see through screen only, which gives no privacy for the bed area, it should have frosted glass. Anybody walking outside can look in and see the whole bed.

Privacy a bit of an issue, needs to be separated from the adjoining unit on the outside with some sort of screen.
